You May Be Struggling With

The heartbreak and uncertainty of infertility, miscarriage, or pregnancy loss. Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, irritable, or constantly being “on” since becoming a mom. Maybe your mind won’t shut off, you’re overthinking everything, or you don’t quite feel like yourself anymore. You may be struggling to balance motherhood with your own needs, navigate changes in your relationships, set boundaries without guilt, or make space for the person you are outside of being a mom.

Who We Help

Many of the moms we work with are women in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who are used to holding everything together. They’re caring for their children, managing relationships, keeping up with work and responsibilities, and making sure everyone else is okay—often while putting themselves last. Somewhere along the way, they’ve lost touch with who they are outside of motherhood and find themselves wondering, “Who am I now?” and “When do I get to take care of me?”

How We Help

Therapy gives you a space to focus on you—not just the roles and responsibilities you carry. Using approaches such as CBT, IFS/parts work, grief processing, boundary setting, communication skills, self-care, and self-compassion, we can help you manage anxiety and depression, process loss, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with your identity.Together, we’ll work toward making space for your needs without the guilt. Because you can deeply love your family and still want to feel like you again.
