    Alysia is a Licensed Master Social Worker who supports adolescents and adults through life transitions, anxiety, stress, self-esteem challenges, and personal growth. She creates a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. Alysia’s approach is strengths-based and collaborative, helping clients build resilience, develop coping skills, and reconnect with their sense of purpose. She is passionate about supporting those who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Outside of the office, Alysia is a certified CrossFit coach, fitness enthusiast, and animal lover. She is also the founder of The Giving Project, a local organization that connects individuals and families in need with essential clothing and supplies.

    Anthony Crawley, LPC-A, provides therapy for adolescents and adults, helping clients build confidence, manage stress, and navigate life's challenges with resilience. His approach blends mental health with performance psychology, drawing from his experience as a volleyball coach and certified strength coach to help clients develop practical tools for growth. Anthony completed his Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and began his career at Thrive after completing his clinical internship with the practice. Outside the office, Anthony is a proud new dad who enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, traveling, and being outdoors. Anthony is supervised by Brittany Tilberry, LPC/LPC-S Candidate.

    Julianna is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges. She has experience working with children and individuals on the autism spectrum, as well as those with ADHD, anxiety, and other developmental and behavioral concerns. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Coastal Carolina University and is currently completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with an anticipated graduation date of May 2027. Julianna strives to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel understood, build confidence, and develop skills for lasting growth. Outside of the office, Julianna is an animal advocate who enjoys spending time with her fur babies, relaxing at the beach, and enjoying time outdoors. Julianna is supervised by Brittany Tilberry, LPC/LPC-S Candidate.

    Brittany is the owner of Thrive Mental Health & Wellness and a licensed therapist serving individuals, adolescents, adults, and families across South Carolina. She is passionate about helping people navigate anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the everyday stress that can make it hard to feel like yourself. As a mom to two young boys, Brittany understands the challenges of balancing family, work, and personal well-being. She strives to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while working toward meaningful, lasting change. Before opening Thrive, Brittany worked as a high school counselor, where she discovered her passion for walking alongside others during difficult seasons of life. Outside the office, you'll find her working out, spending time outdoors, traveling, cheering on college football, or making memories with her family.
