You May Be Struggling With

You may feel frustrated by patterns that leave you feeling stuck and unsure how to move past the same challenges. Communication has become difficult, the same conflicts keep resurfacing, or you’re struggling to feel heard and understood by one another. Maybe trust has been impacted, intimacy or affection has changed, or you’ve simply started to feel more like roommates than partners. You know you want things to feel different—you’re just not sure how to get there.

Who We Help

We work with couples in many different seasons of their relationships—including dating couples, engaged and premarital couples, married couples, and LGBTQ+ couples. Whether you’re building a life together, preparing for marriage, adjusting to parenthood, navigating a major transition, or have been together for years and want to strengthen your connection, couples therapy can provide a space to focus intentionally on your relationship.

How We Help

Couples therapy helps you understand the patterns shaping your relationship, including how past experiences may be affecting communication, trust, and connection today. We use Prepare/Enrich, a leading evidence-based relationship assessment for dating, engaged, and married couples. It provides personalized insight into areas such as communication, conflict, intimacy, expectations, and relationship strengths, giving us a clearer picture of where to focus in therapy. Using these insights along with Gottman-informed approaches, we work to improve communication, navigate conflict, and strengthen your connection so you can move forward together.
