Therapy for individuals with Borderline, Histrionic, or Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder in Myrtle Beach SC.

We work with individuals who want to better understand their emotions, behaviors, and relationships, including those experiencing:
Intense emotions or difficulty regulating emotional reactions
Fear of rejection, abandonment, or relationship instability
Frequent relationship conflicts or difficulty maintaining healthy connections
A strong need for reassurance, approval, or validation
Perfectionism, rigid expectations, or a need for control
Difficulty managing change, uncertainty, or unexpected situations
Diagnosed or suspected personality disorders, including Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Histrionic Personality Disorder (HPD), and Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD)
You do not need a diagnosis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes, simply recognizing patterns you'd like to change is enough to begin.

Therapy provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore why certain patterns develop and how they impact your life. Using evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we help you:
Better understand your emotions, triggers, and behavioral patterns
Develop skills to regulate intense emotions and manage distress
Improve communication and build healthier relationships
Strengthen boundaries and develop a more secure sense of self
Increase flexibility, manage perfectionism, and navigate uncertainty
Build healthier coping strategies and respond to challenges with greater confidence
Our goal isn't to change who you are. It's to help you better understand yourself, feel more in control of your responses, and create meaningful changes in your life.
